Michael J. Apicella, Esq.

Mr. Apicella graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law, in San Francisco.  While in law school, Mr. Apicella received multiple awards and honors, as well as special training in trial work.  He currently holds three different certificates in the following areas: Litigation, Mediation, and Public Interest Law.

Mr. Apicella has experience litigating cases in both California State and Federal Courts.  His specialty areas include family matters, estate planning, contract disputes, contract drafting, and a variety of other business related matters that cover a vast array of issues.

Prior to Law School, Mr. Apicella graduated from University of Southern California, with a bachelor’s degree in Business.  Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Apicella gained experience in commercial real estate, insurance brokerage, securities and finance, and mortgage banking.  Mr. Apicella is a former licensed California Insurance Broker and currently holds a California Real Estate license, in addition to his license to practice law.

Mr. Apicella is permitted to practice law in all California State and Federal Courts.
